- Minnesota rules, laws, and statutesChapter 342 and the rules that govern day-to-day operations.
- OCM regulatory frameworkHow the Office of Cannabis Management reviews, approves, and enforces.
- License types and pathwaysMicrobusiness, mezzobusiness, cultivator, retailer — and where you fit.
- Industry standards and best practicesWhat good operators do that's not written in the rules.
- Recordkeeping and SOP developmentThe documentation that keeps your license safe.
